Before you film
They're used to calculate your price and define what's covered. They're stored securely on Ninja Bleu's servers, never sold, kept securely for up to 24 months after the service ends, then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
Independent professionals, required to hold valid professional liability insurance. Every visit is time-stamped: you see in the app who came and at what time.
During the trial period, you cancel at no cost: nothing has been charged. After that, you end the service with 45 days' notice and only pay for the service days used.
Each Ninja holds their own professional liability insurance. Property damage during a visit falls under that insurance, and Ninja Bleu forwards the claim with the proof of visit.
