1. What Ninja Bleu is
Ninja Bleu is a platform that manages commercial cleaning services: organising the service, scheduling visits, handling payments, documenting each visit. The cleaning itself is done by independent professionals, the Ninjas. Every communication, validation and adjustment request goes through the platform.
2. Who it is for
Businesses with regular, planned needs. Temporary or more flexible assignments can also be offered, under distinct terms.
3. Commitment and pricing
Two options: a 12-month commitment with a reduced rate, or no commitment at the regular rate, with temporary assignments possible (for example 3 to 6 months).
4. Risk-free start
Whatever the option, an initial risk-free period applies: 3, 7 or 14 days depending on the monthly amount. During that period nothing is charged, the service can be cancelled at no cost before the first payment, and a notice is sent at least one day before the automatic payment is activated.
5. Payments and billing
A credit card is required to activate the service. The first charge happens only at the end of the risk-free period. After that, payments are processed automatically, at the frequency set when you subscribed. The terms are known before any charge.
6. Scope and adjustments
The service covers only the scope defined when you subscribed. Any request outside that scope is shown clearly in the platform and must be approved before it is billed.
7. Standards, follow-up and disputes
Every visit is documented in the platform. Any dispute must be raised quickly, while the information can still be verified. After the set period, the visit is deemed accepted.
8. Data and communications
Communications and service data are centralised in the platform. When the relationship ends, access is deactivated and the data is no longer available to the client. It is kept securely for a limited time (up to 24 months), for legal obligations or in case the service is reactivated, then deleted under the applicable rules.
9. Ending the relationship
During the risk-free period, cancellation is free. After that, the terms of the chosen option apply, and some conditions may govern early termination. The framework is set from the start.
10. In short
Ninja Bleu favours stability, predictability and transparency. Flexibility is possible under adapted conditions. The risk-free start lets you decide with full knowledge. The rules apply uniformly, with no hidden exception.
