The process, in practice
Do I need an on-site visit to get a price?
No. You film your space with your phone and the price appears on screen in under 2 minutes. No appointment to schedule, no sales rep to receive, no on-site assessment. That is the most concrete difference from the rest of the market.
Where do my videos go?
They're used to calculate your price and define what's covered. They're stored securely on Ninja Bleu's servers, never sold, kept securely for up to 24 months after the service ends, then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
How long does my price stay valid?
Thirty days. After that, you run the process again: two minutes, with the same videos if nothing has changed.
What happens after I confirm?
Service starts no sooner than 7 days after signing, the time to organize the first visit. The first five visits serve as calibration: they compare what the video showed with the reality of the space. If the gap exceeds 10%, the plan is adjusted, in either direction, and you have 48 hours to accept the new price or cancel without penalty.
