A rock-bottom price never holds. The cut-rate provider ends up cutting corners, spacing out visits or vanishing. You pay a second time to fix it.

The price, in practice
Do I need an on-site visit to get a price?
No. You film your space with your phone and the price appears on screen in under 2 minutes. No appointment to schedule, no sales rep to receive, no on-site assessment. That is the most concrete difference from the rest of the market.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
The price is calculated from surface area and frequency, never from your industry or from what you look like you can afford. For reference, public surveys from August and September 2026 put the Montreal market between $0.07 and $0.30 per square foot per month, with a contractual minimum often close to $420 a month. Your exact price appears at the end of the video quote, before taxes.
Can I start without a commitment?
Yes. The no-commitment option costs 35% more than the 12-month commitment, shown as such, and you end the service with 45 days' notice. The 12-month commitment gives the lowest rate in exchange for the term.
What happens during the trial?
Nothing is charged. You have up to 14 days to make sure the service works for you, and you cancel at no cost during that period. A notice is sent at least one day before the first charge.
