What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask for.
What we collect
Your name, your company's, an email, a phone number, an address: what it takes to open your space, reach you and bill you. You guarantee this information is accurate and up to date (art. 11).
The videos you film are used to build your price proposal and define the covered scope (art. 19 to 21). They become app data, with a licence to use them for service and improvement purposes (art. 51).
Timestamps, location, visual reports of each visit: the "proof of service" (art. 2). It is used for follow-up, disputes and billing.
Why
Data is used to deliver the service and improve the app: optimization, development, statistical and operational analysis, risk and service-level management (art. 55). Ninja Bleu undertakes not to sell to third parties raw data that identifies a client, without prior consent (art. 55).
How long
When the relationship ends, your access to the app is deactivated and the data is no longer available to you. It is kept securely for a limited time, up to 24 months, for legal obligations or in case the service is reactivated. Without a return, it is deleted under the applicable rules (summary, § 8).
Who has access
The Ninja who comes in sees the information needed to carry out and follow up on their visits, nothing else (art. 52). They may not use contact details obtained through the app for any other purpose (art. 49). Ninja Bleu may have to disclose information when a law or a competent authority requires it. You may also obtain a copy of your information in a structured technological format (Law 25).
Your rights
Quebec's Law 25 gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw your consent to its use, subject to ongoing legal and contractual obligations. To exercise these rights, write to pa@ninjableu.ca.
Privacy officer: Pierre-Alexandre Villeneuve, President of Ninja Bleu, pa@ninjableu.ca.
Security
Data is stored securely on Ninja Bleu's servers and payments go through a payment provider, never through us. No method of transmission or storage is infallible: we do not guarantee the absence of incidents, we commit to the measures and to transparency if something goes wrong.
